Alex returned my call on a Monday evening (who does that). We were matched through a legal website and even though Alex was 2.5 hours away from the county where papers were filed, he was generous enough to meet my husband and I and offer legal advice. I am so saddened that he can not take our case because he is exactly the type of lawyer I would hope for: honest, ethical and compassionate. If we ever were to need assistance in his area, we would not hesitate to give him a call. His legal advice was fair, truthful and realistic (which a lot of lawyers can lead you on just to establish you as a client). Thank you, Alex, for your generosity!

James Philippone represented me on claim and counter claim that took 6 years to resolve. He is very persuasive and charismatic. He controls the conversation in the courtroom with great integrity. When he argues a point, the court listens. We won every motion and counter motion without leaving grounds for appeal by our opponent. We settled out of court and received everything we asked for, both in dollars and conditions.

Martin continually kept me updated on the proceedings of the case. There were many times it was postponed and he always made sure I knew. He explained the issues and choices I had in a simple, clear way and ensured that I understood what was happening every step of the way. Does not have your best interest at heart and only wants your money. No matter what they say, I was certainly a client and have the paperwork to prove it; denying that I was a client clearly shows they're not trustworthy. Imagine, instead of making things right, they deny the issues. Extremely unprofessional all around, I just want to make people aware so they can find better legal assistance.
