Michelle is really down to earth. The most genuine and caring lawyer I have talked to In Rochester ny and I have talked to many the past few days. I wish my case would of been in New York I would of for sure gone with her and any one who doesn't is crazy

Attorney Michelle Nobile was my real estate attorney for the sale of my house. She was outstanding in the process: she reviewed the contract with me, prepared all of the documents, and successfully and quickly got my closing done. During the sale of my house, Attorney Nobile went above and beyond what I expected of a real estate attorney. Due to an unfortunate situation, I needed a power of attorney for the closing and I was so surprised that she was able to prepare that for me too. I learned that the unfortunate circumstances which led me to sell the house did not even have to happen. I agreed to let my ex-husband stay in the house on the condition that he pay the mortgage and then refinance, neither of which he did. Attorney Nobile explained that in my situation (no children) that if we did not agree on what to do with the house, a judge would most likely order the house to be sold! That information would have helped me greatly in my negotiations and saved me a ton of time and headaches. After my house did sell, I learned that Ms. Nobile also does bankruptcy law. As a consequence, she provided invaluable advice on how to clean my credit of delinquent payments that my ex was responsible for. That was almost as detrimental as having a bankruptcy on my report. Removing that from my report raised my credit score and allowed me to qualify for mortgage! It is with much gratitude and esteem that I recommend Attorney Nobile. Thank you, Michelle!

She is a wonderful caring lawyer. She is very Wise and explains things in detail so. She is on your side 100% she wants you to have what you are entitled to. She also listens to you. I'm very happy that she is my lawyer and a friend recommended her.

If your a male and want to see your kids do not call her she is very rude and she will question your motives for doing things. I would recommend going some where else don't give her the time of day. Wish their was a 0 star button cause that's what they deserve.
