I am a licensed mortgage broker who recently closed a transaction in which this company was responsible for ensuring all parties were paid according to the signed and executed Final Closing Disclosure. My broker fee was clearly disclosed, approved, and undisputed. Despite the file closing and all documents being final, they failed to send my payment promptly -- in fact, they credited my borrower my fee instead of paying me. This was not a clerical oversight but a result of Alyssa Blaszak's complete lack of competence and inability to handle her responsibilities. I have had to repeatedly follow up and demand funds that were rightfully owed to me. This delay has cost my business time, money, and credibility with my clients. This is not just poor communication -- it is a complete disregard for contractual obligations and professional standards. If you are a broker, lender, or any service provider expecting to be paid on time, think twice before working with this company. I would not trust them again with any transaction.

This firm handled my real estate transaction. The star of the show was the paralegal in charge of it- Elizabeth MacPherson. I am not particularly ept when it comes to legal procedures and she came to my rescue more times than I care to admit.
