Do not hire!!! My experience with him during my real estate closing was extremely disappointing and stressful. Serious electrical hazards showed up in the inspection, and instead of addressing them or communicating with me, Boris Volfman ignored my calls and emails for weeks. Because of his lack of follow-through, the utility company ultimately shut off the electricity to the property for safety reasons, leaving me with no power and completely on my own to figure out the situation. There was no support, no guidance, and no accountability from him--just silence during a major issue that should have been handled long before closing. This level of negligence is unacceptable for any attorney. I would not recommend this firm to anyone looking for competent or reliable legal representation.
