This place deserves no star what so ever. I had left messages after messages on phone until I called the main line & found out I was put on speaker so they therefore privacy is breached. Goo thing it was because the paralegal Alexandria stopped me from dropping them & to give Eliza a chance. First time I contacted them was back in August. I had an upcoming appeal on 9/8 in which I was advised by Alexandria to adjourn because I was working with Legal Aide. The next day I heard from the supposedly paralegal Eliza that she finally got my packet in which she told me that DSS claim to tell her my file wasn't ready when she requested it. But how it is that DSS sent out a package to my old address August 29?!?! WEIRD & LIARS. If you can represent your self than do so because this people will leave you to die if your life depends on it. Today spoke with an Ashley the receptionist & even though I'm upset & frustrated because the company you work for ain't crap, & wants to give me attitude. I'm tired of calling & send emails & no response. Now I'm putting my foot down & speaking up for myself I'm the bad person. It's funny how I called again to say drop my case completely this time for real because your wasting my time. Also I'm a special case so I will be filing a grievance complaint also I will be filing another complaint with the attorney general office as well. This is exactly why people lose faith in systems that are supposed to help. You get special funding & playing with it & people lives & that not cool. I ask to speak to a supervisor or manager & I was told by Ashley that Alexandria is & if that is so SHAME ON YOU ALEXANDRIA because I shared a lot & got personal with you as well & this is how you do people. That is disgusting & so unprofessional. Sorry you not getting paid or happy as you should but find another job if you gonna treat people like they don't matter.

Truly just awful people. In 2023 I reached out for help and was left to fend for myself against a man who later went to prison for trafficking. The same man is stalking me a year and a half later, and has money to utilize the legal system as a weapon. I called them again last week and they still won't help me. Don't waste your time, no matter what your case is, they won't help. Don't ever, EVER TELL THEM you're LGBT or disabled, they will use it against you.

I had the most outright horrible experience with an attorney named Valen Zeltser stay away from him. By all means he drags court hearings out. On top does not speak out for you, I literally had to stand up for myself inside a court room because I was begging him to say something so I did and I ended up getting what I needed. So why did he even need to be there? He's the most horrible attorney. The state has to offer and he only has four years of experience.

I get my Will, Living Will, and Medical Durable Power of Attorney every 5 years. Their staff keeps getting better and better! Also, they did a great job advocated for me when my Public Housing became Section 8.

My experience with this group has been outstanding from from the moment it began. This group is full of deserving legal representation of praise and prosperity. Thank you for the involvement in my life and ensuring my rights are being protected throughout my own legal process I never anticipated coming but also thank you on behalf of any other individual you saved from the reality of not having representation when truely necessary.
