I needed help with a matter revolving my grandmother when she passed away, it took a few weeks to get a appointment scheduled to just talk to a paralegal about my case, i then had to wait a month for that call just to have to call back twice because they didnt call me on the said date. Finally I get ahold of them and get told what I need just to not get a call back for the appointment with a lawyer. I call other counsel and they informed me it would cost more then its worth to move forward with my case. Terrible Law firm. I still have not received a call from them.

It took a couple of days for my online "intake form" to be processed, but once they let me know I qualified for services, we made an appointment for the next day with Wendy LaMare (Lashway). She was punctual, succinct, and explained everything in understandable terms. Within a week, she presented us with the new deed and then explained step by step what we needed to do in order to "file" the new deed. Wendy was: personable, knowledgable, explicit in instructions, and very quick to provide what we wanted. I was amazed- I had called lawyers and learned that this "task" would cost about $400. I feel so fortunate, that this service was available to us!

Useless. Denied me because my housing issues aren't in their scope of what they can do. Bullshit, they're lazy and just don't want to help.

I'll always be grateful to Wendy, Andrew, and their staff for giving me a new lease on life. They should be proud of their work in our communities, and we are lucky to have them in our corner. I'll always remember them. Thankyou so very much for being there for me.

Called up looking for a family lawyer who could help my spouse and I navigate laws regarding gamete donation and our legal rights as gay parents in regards to protecting our family from a custody lawsuit from a donor. The woman answering the phone said "we don't help people find sperm donors" and wouldn't allow me to fill out an intake form. She told me that she's been doing this for 35 years and had never heard of my issue so wouldn't help me. We meet the financial requirements and live in a county served, and I was told that this agency would help. Sorry I asked.
