I've been using Rick Cohen as an attoney for the last 6 months I'm beyond impressed with him and his staff. He's works with both my buyers and sellers for the sales/purchase of their homes. Rick is extremely knowledgeable and responsive, I've yet to see and email or a text go unanswered. He's flexible with meeting clients on the weekend or after hours which is crucial in this market. Not at all pleased with the way he and his office handled the sale of my property. Seems like he allows his admin "Carolyn" to run the show, meanwhile I paid for his expertise. Agreements were made with the buyer without my consent and I only found out after the closing when I was shortchanged $2,500 from escrow. Still waiting for documents proving that I agreed to credit this amount to the buyer. Additionally, hand written notes on closing documents were sent to me via email and have not received any hard copies of the full final paperwork from the closing. I work in corporate law on the finance side and have never seen such incompetence. Hope they never get audited.
