This was one of the most embarrassing displays of "customer service" I've ever witnessed. The staff has no knowledge, no communication, and no basic etiquette. It's shocking how a team this unprepared is even allowed to deal with customers. They hung up on me mid-conversation -- which tells me everything about the quality of people they've hired. If this is the standard here, it's honestly a warning sign for anyone even thinking about using their services. I left the interaction more frustrated than when I started. Management seriously needs to reevaluate the entire staff because this level of incompetence is beyond unacceptable
