A friend of mine suggested that I contact Tim Dennin as I was a victim of elder abuse. I am not a sophisticated investor. A financial broker had contacted me, and I invested with him. He and his firm churned the money in my account until my savings were exhausted. The firm subsequently filed for bankruptcy. After consideration and researching the internet, Tim Dennin had all the qualifications and expertise to assist me in perhaps obtaining some monies from this securities violation. I spoke with Tim on the phone and he agreed to represent me. He described the process, the upsides and downsides to my claim and was realistic in advising me that any judgment would not result in any of my monies returned. He spoke using terms that I could understand and always asked if I understood what he was explaining to me. He was very patient and very committed. I not only spoke with Tim but went to meet him in his office. He was very clear in requesting what documents he would need to further present my claim with FINRA. Tim engaged an outside consultant to assist in preparing a financial analysis to reflect the churning that occurred as well as the commissions that were paid for the churning. Tim filed an updated motion with FINRA. In November 2018, Tim and I met with the Arbitration Board of FINRA. The broker that committed the violation did not show for the arbitration meeting. FINRA after deliberating awarded me $375,000 (100 percent compensatory damages) plus punitive damages of $700,000 against the broker-dealer and the broker. The claims centered on churning and lack of supervision. The firm and its principals filed for bankruptcy so there was no monies and broker did not have any monies. The broker had his license revoked due to his actions so that he cannot take advantage of another elder person. I can't say enough about Tim and his diligent work. I would not have received such a favorable judgment if it were not for Tim and his expertise in the area of securities fraud. He was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend Tim unequivocally.

It is as good as it gets with Timothy J Dennin! This gentle"man" is ALL professional YET very personable. Neither my husband nor I ever thought our trusted broker would clean out our entire portfolio through theft and Ponzi schemes. Yet, it did happen in our mid-sixties, or the supposedly "Golden Years."
