My experience with this lawyer was a nightmare from the start. If you want your estate handled with care, honesty, and professionalism, look elsewhere--this firm is the opposite. They mishandled every part of the estate process, resulting in costly delays, misfiled paperwork, and constant mistakes. Important documents were not filled, and they couldn't even keep track of basic deadlines. Their lack of responsiveness was shocking; phone calls, emails, and messages went ignored for weeks at a time, leaving me with no idea what was going on. They also demonstrated a shocking lack of knowledge on basic estate matters, making glaring errors that any competent attorney should catch. I had another lawyer look at the process and remarked on how poor this has been handled. Not only was this frustrating, but it also added unnecessary costs and stress to what was already an emotional time. Please, save yourself the trouble and do not entrust anything important to this firm.

Showed up 45 minutes late to one custody appearance 12 years ago, spent 5 minutes talking to the other attorney then proceeded to hand me what I thought was a joke in a $2000 invoice after cashing a $800 retainer. Now garnishing my wages for almost $6,000. All of this AFTER I went to court and restructured terms that were liveable compared to the hole he almost left me in. I was told by her attorney that I was better off on my own and without a lawyer at all and would have had identical terms. Let's not mention the THOUSANDS of dollars he's collected from my family over the last 20+ years and just did less than six months ago with my father's will.

Called to get some information for my Senior Father and Mr. Berard was very helpful and kind on the phone. We definitely will be using his services.

The best lawyer in Nagra falls!!! I was coming from Canada going back home to Virginia got pull over by police officer give me 2 traffic ticket speeding and unsave changing lanes. Mr. Berard got it dismissed I didn't had to show up on my court date he took care of it thank you so much for ur help your the best :)) I would definitely recommend my family and my friends to you !!!!

Mr Berard is beyond fanatic and is his associate, Jan. Very thorough, professional, knowledgeable in his field and intimidating to his opposing counsel. Highly recommended!!!!
