He calls back his clients personally rather than having an assistant call which from what I'm told by other people isn't the norm in this day and age, it shows a personal touch and lets the client know that they are important. I can not be any more honest when I say I've never met a more kind and understanding man than Paul Barr. My Mom referred me to Paul to help me begin a civil suit case after hearing about him on television. Paul's crew worked tirelessly to reach the settlement I rightfully deserved. He hired private investigators at no extra cost to me to help win my case. Throughout the legal process Paul would call and check in to see how I was doing and to let me know where we stood in the lawsuit. If I called and needed to speak to Paul, his secretaries would always make sure he called me within 24-48 hours. Today was my final meeting with him. He wasn't scheduled to be in the office but he took the time out of his busy personal schedule to sit down with me and discuss the outcome of the case and to shake my hand. That meant a lot to me and showed a high level of not only professionalism but also a high degree of caring. I would 110% recommend this lawfirm to anyone. I didn't feel like I was ignored at all at any point. I was never left wondering what was going on with our case. I feel like I gained a friend and closed a very dark chapter of my life. Google would only let me give a 5 star rating but like I told Paul this afternoon, I would give him and his crew a 12 star review. Amazing people who are VERY kind and professional.
