Very unprofessional. They told me they were going to take my case and had me go to their office and sign an intake letter along with several other documents, only to provide no updates for months on end until I called them and they informed me they had ultimately decided not to take my case. Now the deadline to file a notice of claim has passed and they did not file it. Look somewhere else if you want reliable representation.
