My Honest Experience I selected this firm after watching Moumita Rahman's YouTube videos and believed they would handle my case professionally. After signing the contract and paying the down-payment, I was told the case preparation timeline was 6-7 months -- something that was never mentioned before signing. I also asked whether my case could be moved faster since all of my documents were already prepared, and I was assured that it would be. However, that is not what happened. I uploaded all required evidence, forms, and my affidavit within one month and now more than four months passed, yet there has been no productive update. The responses I received were generic and repetitive, with no specific timeline for attorney review or USCIS submission. At one point I was even told the attorney had not started reviewing my case at all, despite everything being ready for months. What concerns me even more is that communication became slower over time. In the beginning, the team was attentive, but later it felt like my messages were not a priority. It seems the attorneys are not actively supervising their staff, because four months have passed with no real progress on my file. With the ongoing immigration policy changes under the Trump administration, I repeatedly expressed the urgency of submitting my case, yet nothing was done. Overall, this experience has been extremely disappointing. I feel my time was wasted, and I did not receive the level of service I expected. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this office, and I truly wish I had chosen a different attorney from the start.

At the beginning of my case, the attorney and their team seemed attentive and responsive, and I had a positive impression of their services. However, as time went on, things changed. I was originally told my case would take around 6-7 months, but I'm now entering the 8th month with very little clarity about what's happening. Communication has become slow, and I still haven't received a concrete update about the status of my case. I also feel that Moumita or the head of the firm should take a closer look at how their associates are handling cases and evaluate the efficiency of their work. Better oversight could help prevent situations like this. Overall, this experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Based on my experience, I wouldn't feel comfortable recommending this office, and I honestly wish I had chosen a different attorney from the start.
