I've been working with them for years at this point for 3M combat ear plugs mass tort. The communication is non existent. You'd think after 6+ years they would have a standard for communicating with clients, but nothing. *I only reach out once maybe twice a year for an update. If you care about someone managing your claim who is communicative - go somewhere else.
