I started my VCF Claim in 2017. Rashad Ali guided me through the complicated process of filing and gathering the documentation needed in support of my claim. My case was reassigned to Paralegal Danielle Berman, another empathetic competent individual. I was called by her today to tell me my award was approved & confirmed it by emailing me a copy of the award letter. This law firm is superbly competent in handling 9/11 claims. Not only do they support 9/11 victims, they pursue the government in the courts to release the compelling information showing that the Saudi Regime was complicit and should be held accountable for their part of the 9/11 attack. I receive constant emails from Noah Kushlefsky regarding the court dates and the substance of them. He also asks the survivors and families to attend those hearings in support. In my opinion, there in no other law firm better able to represent any survivor. I would not hesitate to recommend them. I can't thank them enough for their efforts on my behalf. So 5 years later, this firm is still advocating for me. Today I received my second compensation from the World Trade Center Compensation organization. Daniel Berman, the paralegal who has worked with me through the years is absolutely the best. Her guidance & advice has enabled me to succeed in receiving just compensation. I have another claim pending as well, and this is only because she advised me how to proceed. I can not say enough about Kreindler & Kreindler as a law firm representing 9/11 victims & survivors.
