DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT CHOOSING THIS LAW FIRM! They'll treat you kindly with a smile, listen to you, and tell you they're after your compensation. Then, they'll stop answering your emails and calls, and the receptionist will just say, "Leave the lawyer a voicemail!" and that's it. You'll spend months on this and they'll never answer. Don't take the risk; don't hire them because they'll waste your time and never show their face! I'm saying this by name: Stephen Larocca and Mary Carroll Santorelli! WRONG! I brought my case to this firm because of their TV ads. I met with their attorneys, supplied them with all requested documents and went through the interview with the city attorney. And then I got a letter from them that they were dropping my case. No reason given. Not so much as a phone call to explain why the dropped the case. My case involved a fall that caused a concussion which 8 months later I'm still suffering from. They produce cute ads, but the reality is very different. Shame on you.
