After I got injured due to a poorly repaired sidewalk (With a left over knuckle ridge you could not see) my foot hit the bump. I flew into the ground and dislocated my elbow. I ended up in the hospital, with a cast for a month and many months of pain and rehab. I had not thought of suing but then a friend did advise it and I found David and frankly I'm glad that I did. Being a smaller firm they can give you attention and focus you may not get elsewhere. They also took my case which other firms may not have. My case was not a million dollars but the settlement that I achieved (which I think was the highest possible without a court trial) will enable me to hopefully better my retirement and compensate me for the loss of wages.
