If I could give this firm a 0 I would. I mostly communicated with his paralegal lynn who would not complete the filing which was also poorly written ( I had to tell her to re-do due to incorrect information put in) not only was the filing incomplete she made me send money to her to for services she never completed. I found it strange that after my last interaction with him he sent me a message that he no longer working with his paralegal lynn. Mr. Manrique did not represent me well with my custody case. When he did show up it's like he speaking like a timid mouse and with not much confidence. Everytime I would call him he would charge me more money. I had a court date in where we were supposed to settle with the other party by presenting the changes that needed to be made and sign off on it and now another court date needed to be set because of no communication from Mr. Manrique. It has been over a month now with my next court date approaching and I still have not heard anything from Mr. Manrique. I am afraid that if I call him he will want to charge me for services that he knows he can not provide. He makes dead promises he can not keep and goes ghost. By far the worst lawyer that I have had. It's better that he had stayed as a cars sales person. My advice do your research before settling because you do not want your money being wasted on someone who will make false promises and not follow through. Trust me I have learned from experience with different lawyers before I found that right one for me.

Worst lawyer out there. I hired him to work on a custody case and he did nothing. Over a year of paying him with no results. He attended court while driving in his car and the judge had to reschedule on two occasions for his lack of professionalism. Somehow he managed to mess up so badly that there is lot even a court date in sight. If you want things done correctly this is not the attorney for you. He is a used car salesman that will try and sell you everything under the sun and will gain nothing for you.

Sam handled a difficult case that had a mix of contracts, property and zoning. The attorney I saw before Sam not only wanted more money but wasn't confident about handling anything but the simple property issues. He wanted me to retain his friend to deal with the contract, and altogether it would have involved two lawyers and twice the cost. But Sam did it all, no surprises, no extra cost. I recommend him without reservation. -Terence

Samuel is one of the best attorneys imaginable. You will never go wrong selecting him. Samuel called me back within 15 minutes when I was looking for an attorney for my son. He (Samuel) is great on followup, brilliant at research for his clients case, incredible on getting his clients to be represented legally, treated with respect, and finally great at resolution for his clients best interests.
