Highly Recommend - Professional, Ethical, and Effective I had the pleasure of working with Lisa Kahn as my attorney during a real estate transaction, and I was thoroughly impressed by her professionalism, expertise, and unwavering commitment to protecting my interests. A recent review by the buyer, who was represented by his own attorney, misrepresents what actually took place during the closing. Lisa responded appropriately to a last-minute and unjustified demand from the buyer that had no basis in the contract or prior negotiations. She remained calm, clear, and firm -- exactly what you want in an attorney during high-pressure moments. Her actions helped ensure the deal stayed on track and protected me from an unfair situation. Nothing is misrepresented here, Lisa Kahn's insulting behavior nearly cost her client the deal: We found new mold during final walk through and asked about it during closing. Lisa Kahn directly insulted my wife and I for even mentioning it. The seller did not realize how close the deal was to falling apart at closing due to the insulting and unprofessional behavior of Lisa, not the mold. We never cared about the mold (had to ask like any home buyer would), but we do care about being insulted and treated like garbage. What kind of lawyer insults someone who is about to give your client an enormous pile of money? Lisa is lucky we didn't file an ethics complaint against her. Aside from insulting my wife and I, she insulted another attorney , and arrived extra late to closing. Furthermore Lisa made a mistake in the original contract which delayed our mortgage. She also made every step difficult for no reason, from just getting a clear contract to confirming the closing date. What a nightmare! I write this review because every interaction we had with Lisa was hostile, unprofessional, and by the end, insulting. As the buyer we were left wondering if she is incompetent. I wish this was a misrepresentation, but unfortunately, this is our experience with Lisa Kahn. Good luck if you hire her!
