My employer chose to ignore my simple requests for reimbursement of out of pocket expenses. In 2025, I decided to seek legal assistance to collect the small amount I was seeking. I followed Braunfotel & Frendel's advice and instructions including medical reviews and was awarded a handsome compensation amount. Daniella Pascaru was my main contact. She was warm, friendly, knowledgeable of the WC process and very responsive to my emails. The percentage of the law firm's compensation amount is quite small considering the effectiveness and results of their efforts.
