His negotiations with the insurance company exceeded my expectations for my settlement and I am truly grateful for him.

Received a call from Sam, who took down my information and the details of my situation. When I asked when I could expect a response, she informed me that I would hear back within two days. After a week with no follow-up, I called to check in. Sam answered and, unfortunately, was dismissive and unhelpful, stating that she did not know when I would receive a response. I let it go and waited. Three more weeks passed, and I followed up once again. Sam, again with a noticeably poor attitude, informed me that the firm would not be taking my case. When I asked whether this was due to the merits of the case or for another reason, her only response was, "I don't know--we're not taking your case." Her tone throughout the process was consistently rude and unprofessional. Based on this experience, I would not consider reaching out to this firm for legal assistance in the future.

Steve Beldock is a wonderful and very helpful to me. He has alot of knowledge and explain to me what to do to step to step.
