Working with Xavier Palacios was truly a life-changing experience. Whoever is reading this, please do yourself a favor and find another lawyer mostly if it's an immigration case!! The level of service of this Law firm is awful. The lawyer Xavier Palacios who was assigned to our case consistently failed to provide timely updates on court proceedings and decisions. We were repeatedly forced to initiate contact to get any information, often waiting on hold for excessive periods or waiting days in hope that we will get a call and be updated with any information. I remember Lawyer Xavier Palacios telling me that emailing him is a better way to reach out to him and even so he never responded back to the emails I have sent to him when they were urgent. The lack of communication left us feeling hopeless and uninformed about the direction of the case. But they were so quick to call us about completing the whole payment of the case since he did "something" to help our case. And the outcome of the case is that we lost, wasted whole lot of money for nothing. Even after the case concluded, we were not informed about retrieving our original documents; we had to inquire ourselves. This lack of basic client care, combined with the overall poor communication, demonstrates a profound disregard for client services. In my experience they have proved to us that they only cared about the money and didn't care about reassuring their clients on their case. If I had a different experience where they provided with good service and we lost the case I wouldn't even be mad because I would've know that the lawyer tried their best. Overall, I would not recommend Palacios Law Group to anyone seeking reliable and supportive legal representation.

Great and professional attorneys. I am not a client but I had the pleasure to help someone out with a case. I have to say the atmosphere in office is soo pleasant. Karin was always so welcoming and very much helpful with the entire process. The fact that she's a bilingual smart girl, was great. She explained the entire process with no doubting her skills. What ever wasn't understood in English she explained in spanish. She is a great asset to this place.
