ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!!!! My claim has been with the BSA trust for 18 months now and I just received a letter from this firm that they screwed up and all claims submitted by this firm are on hold with a 3rd party reviewer before it is even seen by the trust. So this means I wait at least another year for any kind of status on this case.
