If you need a GREAT attorney to handle your disability insurance claim with an Insurance company because you haven't been getting results on your own, Jason Newfield, Esq. is THE PERSON!! I had been paying an insurance company for over 27 years a total of $125,000 and when it came time that I was not able to work due to numerous medical issues, I put in a claim. I have been working extremely hard for 45 years traveling into NYC, & with a number of different medical issues, including surgeries, I just couldn't work anymore. So I decided to put in a claim to the insurance company who I had been diligently paying every month for 27+ years, gave them every bit of documentation that they requested, including having, my 3 specialist physicians sign their documents twice to say that I could no longer work. I had an endocrinologist, a hernia surgeon, and a cardiologist, each of them, top physicians in their respective fields of expertise.
However, the insurance company declined my claim three times causing me not just physical, but also emotional stress which didn't help my medical issues!
