The Law Offices of Howard E. Gilbert provide exceptional legal services for their clients. Their knowledge of labor law, employment discrimination, collective bargaining and other areas is top notch. In addition, they respond in a timely manner to inquiries and help clients understand their rights under the law. This law firm is incompetent and, in my opinion, an embarrassment to the legal profession. The firm was paid a $5,000 retainer fee, 4 months ago, for an employment/assault issue. The firm prepared a Notice of Claim that was a 'cut and paste from another case' document. Not only was the case caption addressed to the wrong party, the content of the document was not based on the facts given by the client, the Verification had the date March 2021, and unbelievably, the client's name was wrong. When this was brought to the firm's attention, the firm subsequently decided it was best not to file the Notice of Claim to avoid retaliation from the employer. Word of advice- stay clear of this law firm!
