Josh (Melville)was the first call I made in regards to a dog bite incident. Josh from the first call called everyday checking in on my loved ones while he was in the hospital even tho we didn't officially sign with him. He was amazing kept checking in and finally we decided to go with him. He stayed in contact with me letting me know every step they were taking and what was going on.
