We had an issue with Amazon removing selling privileges for a particular brand we had been selling for 13 years. This was one week AFTER Amazon had already given us brand continuance to sell the brand (just one week prior we literally got an email with the verification, and then they revoked it without warning and immediately removed all listings.) ASL is easy to work with. They are very thorough, and they take direct action. This was our first experience with a gating issue, or any legal issue on amazon. We chose ASL after watching years and years of CJ and his team give sellers legal advice for free. They have more access to Amazon than most people who promise to help get you reinstated. They're direct, clear and concise. Their turnaround time in very, very fast as long as you have your part in order. They are a very well-run team.

Warning: This Amazon Sellers Lawyer is a SCAM - AVOID! Do NOT trust Rosenbaum & Segall P.C. I paid their "one-time, all-inclusive" $3,000 fee for Amazon account recovery, explicitly told it covered everything, even court if needed. This was a lie. For that $3,000, they did minimal work (submitted a basic application I could do myself). After I even handled the Amazon video interview, they demanded an additional $2,000 hourly for "further work," with NO GUARANTEE. This directly contradicts their initial FALSE promise. They took my hard-earned money under misleading pretenses, offered no real value for the initial fee, and then tried to extort more. My funds are still stuck with Amazon, and I'm left out $3,000 by this "law firm." They are a SCAM. Save your money and find genuine help elsewhere.
