Lavelle Law Firm - The Accident Lawyers That Care - Long Island , NY

I want to start by warning you to stay CLEAR of this law firm. The Long Island location in Locust Valley, is by far the worst lawyers ever, very very unprofessional, no customer service whatsoever, and never had my best interest in mind. They dropped the ball on my case, since day 1. I have made a grievance claim with NY State Bar Ass for negligence. I wouldn't recommend them, if they were last firm on the planet.

Amazing lawyers! Truly will fight for you and your case. They're not afraid to take on a challenge. Iris the office manager is so warm and welcoming. Mr. Lavelle and Emily, wonderful and insightful lawyers. They treat you like family and you do become part of the family! The staff is always there to help you and are ready to answer any questions you may have.

They are very professional, experienced, and a caring law firm. They always return my calls promptly and always puts the clients first. I would highly recommend them. I am very pleased with their work ethic and how they treat clients like their own family.

Staff is very rude , don't provide names when speaking to them and very dismissive , no one ever knows what's going with your case but the lawyers and they never call back or reach out . Cecilio never picks up the phone and when he does he's very rude . Don't trust them they will keep you in the dark throughout the entire process !!! You've been warned .

Everyone was soooo helpful even when I was feeling very frustrated. They were very patient with me. I would recommend them to anyone they their to guide you every step of the way. Highly recommended and this was my first time dealing with them. They also make you feel like family too.
