Perilli Physical Therapy is a locally-owned business founded in 2002 by Lisa Blas. In April 2021, the clinic was purchased by Andrew Perilli DPT. Andrew is a Lockport native who is passionate about helping others within the community. He was a former student-athlete and coach in the Lockport School District. Andrew has been an outpatient physical therapist for 8 years. He has mentored under multiple experienced clinicians and has invested many hours of his time on improving his clinical skills. Andrew has adopted and strengthened his team at Perilli Physical Therapy since becoming owner. The staff at Perilli PT are focused on one goal: improving your quality of life within a positive and comforting atmosphere.

Everyone at Perilli PT is very nice and super helpful! They encourage you without pushing you beyond your limits. Each therapist here is very well trained and they show a genuine interest in their patients! I've been coming to this PT clinic for over 15 years for different conditions and they have helped me a lot.
The staff here is full of knowledgeable people who truly care about patients. They work as a team and everyone knows how to treat the injury you're getting through. Would absolutely recommend to anyone whether it's freshly out of surgery or dealing with a nagging issue!

Perilli Physical Therapy is a great place. I'm back for the second time ( I needed a tune up lol). ALL staff members are friendly and knowledgeable and the facility is always clean. I won't go anywhere else.
Excellent care and compassionate staff. Personal attention and you're not left to fend for yourself after several sessions. The aquatic features are a definite plus and aid in rehabilitation process.
