Frustrating to say the least. Mr Smith as well as his secretary, Jessica. There was a settlement, I like the other review, I had to wait for "red tape" to clear before receiving my portion, but Eric Smith got his. There is also medical bills in collections, in my name, that was suppose to of been paid, but as of this date they have not been paid and it's against my name and my credit report! I've made attempts to contact the Eric Smith and/or Jessica, but I'm told, " she / he is busy or on another line, can they call you back?" .... Go elsewhere
