Was pleasure having Mr. Arun represent me as 1st time buyer in co-op studio purchase. His charges were competative and his representation was outstanding! Loved working with Arun and his team including Rosemary for closing my first coop in Queens, NYC. Got the job done and brought it to the finish line on time. Communication was prompt and clear. Charges were reasonable. Arun suggested reasonable acceptable options at times of conflict in dealing with sellers side which was nice. Arun was recommended by the seller's agent, as I did not have my own buyer's agent. He was extremely thorough and patient.
