I don't even know if this is a legal law firm, Alan Stern has my case since 2021 with no answers, I been requesting an appointment with him ever since 2021 and his assistant Kim Demeo always says he's going to call back or either his on vacation all the time since 2021, I've also called the office number trying to comunicate with different phone numbers and the assistant just hang up the phone. So at this point I don't know if it is a trusted law firm anymore.

I was very lucky to have been recommended The Stern Law Firm. At the time, I was hit by a car and was going through extensive medical intervention that included several knee surgeries and meniscus repair. The insurance company involved in the case, however, was trying to play down my damages, so needless to say I was in desperate need of strong representation. Alan, who took on my case, is both an extremely professional attorney and a kind and supportive person. Him and Kim are prompt and efficient in responding to all of my questions and concerns, and are sympathetic to my struggles. He definitely has your best interest at heart when approaching the case; no settling for a bare minimum or mediocre. He has fought time and again for a fair settlement for me. Not only has he actively pursued presenting convincing arguments to the other side but also stayed on top of the process of litigation and made sure nothing is lost in translation and the process keeps moving.
