Miss Drago, has not responded to 4 calls and 3 voicemails in a span of a two months when needing information directed and ordered from two different judges.(custody court, and civil court) I have also stopped at her office 3 times and nobody is ever there. This is very unprofessional and she also does not know simple laws either that or she thought I was stupid when representing myself, while she is representing the other party. She is biased and does not follow facts.
Kelly is very knowledgeable and hard working. She follows through with what she says she is going to do and works for the people she represents. She is very honest and trustworthy. Chautauqua county is lucky to have her!
