Mark Bargar and his team are the way to go! My first consultation with him was very easy to set up and comfortable. It was in their big beautiful building and meeting room. It was very professional and informative, but not stuffy at all. I had to play phone tag with his personal assistant to set up my closing only because my bank (Jamestown branch CCB) were very unprofessional and wanted to take an extended amount of time to move my money from one account to another. Bargar's office were very patient and accommodating through that frustration. My closing meeting with him was just as great and fast. They sent a messenger to file my paper work immediately and I had the keys to my new house within hours. Thank you!
