If I could give zero stars I would. Great service at first but once I needed the next appointment it was like pulling teeth. I was extremely diplomatic about it considering the pandemic, however, that didn't add up to the lack of service and communication. She is super irresponsible and left me hanging for months when I needed help the most. It's not like I wanted a free service/representation. If she is not willing to practice her title, why is she even working?!
