Case has been ongoing 5 years plus and I feel like things have never neen crystal clear between me and my lawyers. Done treating went through mediation and all and i don't know where it stands now. It sucks because my injuries were more than horrific I'd say. I really hope before this year is over i can have my settlement.

Still no updates or calls to let me know about my case at all. They moved me from lawyer to lawyer without an update on anything. They received my money but nothing was ever done. Very upsetting. Do not put your case in their hands... Find a proactive lawyer willing to actually help.

I recommend them. I applied for my husband back in 2005 and until I hired Pena & Khan my case began to move. Ismelda was amazing she had lots of patience with us and made sure that each document was filled out correctly. In less than a year my husband case was approved. I definitely recommend them any day. Not very happy, to be honest my last review with 2 stars,.................,now, this is an update, today Dec 2020,....you asked me, how am I doing with them,...well, I'll tell you,..for as long as this real case is not over, and it's been more than 3 years already,... I repeat, when It is finished, I will give you my reviews... letting you know, how I am doing,...as far as it is. uptonow, not much to say, but deceptionate.....

No updates on my case, have been changed from lawyers without even being told, years waiting with no plan... Just spending money and nothing moves. The worse.
