Terrible service. They canceled four appointments in a row--the last one while I was already waiting in the Teams meeting for 10 minutes. I had to reach out myself to ask what was wrong, only to then receive an email saying the appointment was canceled because Kristal Ozmun, the lawyer, was delayed (this was not the first time with the same excuse). When I reminded them that I had already paid for the first consultation and had followed their advice to reach back out, their response was simply that I should seek counsel elsewhere. Don't waste your money--go somewhere else. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I scheduled an appointment with Miller Mayer almost a week in advance and they canceled on me the day of the appointment -- only 50 minutes before -- by email. No phone call, no explanation. I even called to ask why, and the receptionist simply told me, "we can't help you." This is extremely unprofessional. If you truly cannot help a client, the least you can do is speak to them directly and explain the situation, not just cancel last minute after they've arranged their entire day around the appointment. Stay away, guys. Based on my experience, they don't respect people's time or commitment.

Worked with Kristal Ozmun through several work visas and a green card. She is an absolute pleasure to work with and incredibly knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
