I worked with Kurt Widmaier and he was outstanding. He was professional, clear, and incredibly easy to deal with. He handled my mother-in-law's health care proxy, trust, and will when she was 83 years old. Kurt explained everything in a way she could fully understand and he never rushed her. We were so happy with the experience that when my 80-year-old aunt needed similar documents, we went straight back to Kurt. I have needed services for elder care attorneys three times. All three times Lauren worked with us. Once we needed will, health care proxy, living will etc. for both my aunt and uncle. They were very nervous to be doing this. Lauren and the entire staff made them feel very comfortable, safe and they actually ended up enjoying the meeting. It was so easy. I have been to other attorneys previously for this service and it was horrendous and cumbersome filling out forms etc. Not here. They did it all with us. The second time, I needed a power of attorney for another aunt whose health was fading quickly and she was unable to get to the office. Lauren went above and beyond to get my aunt's needed signatures so we could do what was needed for my aunt in her final days. And finally Lauren advised us on dealing with a bank for my sister-in-law which saved us a ton of money and time. I cannot say enough about Lauren. She is personable and always responsive and available. Having dealt with attorneys in other transactions, I am used to getting charged for every second and spending too much time trying to get in touch with anyone who could help.
