Barger & Gaines is an education law firm supporting families in their efforts to obtain appropriate special education programs and services for children. We serve clients nationwide. In addition to education law, we have attorneys who handle legal matters including guardianship, real estate, criminal defense and employment discrimination. After forming in 2014, Barger & Gaines established offices in New York and New Jersey. In 2018, the firm expanded to Michigan and the following year opened an office in Connecticut. The firm grew from just two partners to eight attorneys, two advocates, and a dedicated staff, all united in a most worthwhile focus -- advocating for individuals with special needs and for all matters that impact students.
