I was involved in a car accident and contacted Daniel Rosario (Director of Client Relations). At the beginning of the process, he said he was "willing to help me and answer all my questions." However, when I reached out to him for information regarding my therapy, he called me back with a bad attitude and told me not to ask "stupid questions"! Clearly, as a client, I have many questions--that's the reason I'm contacting you! Don't be so unprofessional and show some empathy toward your clients. We are going through a difficult time. Right after that, he told me that if I didn't like it, I could switch law firms, and then he hung up on me without letting me speak. At first, they'll tell you everything you want to hear, but once you sign, they treat you horribly and with ZERO professionalism. This is by far the worst service I've ever received in my entire life!!! I hope you read this review so you don't waste your time, only to later be told to switch law firms.
