I had a situation where I found out the state had suspended my driver's license unbeknownst to me and then piled on a lot of other charges including driving without insurance which was just not so. Mr. Pernesiglio handled my case deftly and got all but one of the charges dismissed entirely, the only one standing reduced to a violation with a relatively small fine. In addition, he was very friendly and personable. I highly recommend using him should you find yourself in similar circumstances.
