Absolutely horrible!! I lost my job of 26 yrs due to bad advice! I could've went back to work on light duty do to a back injury, but they told me the longer you stay out the bigger the settlement. Then they never told I can still get treatment thru workman's comp even tho I lost my job. I lost out on my compensation and settlement. I'm 100% disabled now. I never got 1 phone call or letter!! Stay away from these incompetent and negligent people!!

My experience with the Chase Sensale Law Group was excellent, they were at every court appearance, took my phone calls and spoke to me in terms I was able to understand. They fought for me as if I was a family member. They didn't pressure me to accept anything just to finish my case. Even now that my case has been settled, when I need help with the insurance carrier denying my requests for treatment they are right there assisting me to get the proper care that the insurance carrier agreed to. I'm currently having a very bad experience with this local group. They are not informative. Do not give you information. When you convey something to them, they act as if they don't believe you like you have a reason to lie to them. When the paperwork clearly shows everything. Even though they do receive part of the payment that will be received from the lawsuit, they do not want to do any legwork. They do not feel as they should have to collect any information on your situation that you should do it all. Do what you're gonna get paid for you. Receive a payment for the work you do. Please do the work.
