My experience was extremely unprofessional. Would never deal with them again. Alex Roytblat the most disgusting human being you can deal with. Yelled at me on the phone, told me to come speak with him in person. I confirmed and scheduled the appointment with his office, when I show up he tells me he doesn't want to take my case. This is after I had an accident, was dealing with him for 1 month and delayed my insurance claim. This business should be shut down and even for free I wouldn't recommend his service to my worst enemy. Alex laughed in my face after making me run around for physical therapy and to his office and through loops to submit all this paperwork. I'm now stuck with no direction and Alex can care less.
