I have been using David to help me and my family since 2022. He and his staff have helped me with POA/HCP and wills. Bothe David and his staff are amazing and professional. He has helped with so many issues and has always done his best to help and steer me in the write direction. He is the only Lawyer I will ever use and trust him fully. With out Dave's help me and my family would have lost everything and I would not have been able to provide the care for my medically ill parents the way I was able to . I highly recommend this law firm to anyone who is looking. Thank you to Dave and the team for all your help!!!!!!

He helped me on a disability case. I was able to get disability with David but the system should allow you to be able to do it by yourself. I was upset that his representation cost $4,000. All he did was file paperwork and attend 1 hearing in Albany.

The positive reviews are being generated by firm! There is nothing about this place that makes you feel good when you walk through the door. If your there for help this is not the place. Do yourself a favor and find another place! I'm very impressed how they get negative reviews deleted. Stay away!!

David Klingebiel... I been "represented" by this gentleman that was referred by mistake but when I figured out when was too late. Unfortunately there was NO communication, NO manners of interaction, NO knowledges, NO sense to represent me.When I got the chance to meet him in person, even his body language betrayed him. Huge delay on processing the paperwork combined with a huge lack of communication he is just a catastrophic "attorney". I wished to have the courage to walk away to keep my sanity, and stay off any real emotional roller coaster. I would like to share that when I dare to read the documents, he was pressuring us to sign, by looking into our eyes and asks: "You don't trust your attorney?!" I wish I could give him -5***** PS. This review was posted on Google 2 years ago, and got deleted.

Very professional! Really straight forward! we actually met with an attorney that had much more knowledge and experience than most attorneys we have talked to. Very pleased at the hospitality that was shown! I never once fealt as though things were not explained thoroughly or as though they were rushing me! Would recommend to anyone in need of legal help!
