I cannot thank Tiveron Law, and their staff enough for making the sale of our house a smooth and easy process. Erin Morrison, assigned to our case quickly and efficiently made it all happen. She kept us very much in the loop and was on top of it when unexpected 20 year old titling issues arose. She used her resources to quickly and efficiently find solutions, people, banks, county records and make the very tight closing date happen. She was a pleasure to work with and always available by text or phone or email. I never (EVER) needed to nag or worry that something wasn't being taken care of...a huge relief and joy for a control master like me. If we ever need a real estate lawyer in the area again, I would definitely go to Tiveron and ask that Erin be assigned to our case.

My partner and I recently worked with Erin out of the Ellicottville office to close on our first home. She was so friendly, helpful and informative for any and all questions we had along the way. Erin made the actual signing at close as quick and seamless as possible and even gave us a goodie bag of fresh baked goods as a gift. We loved working with Tiveron and will absolutely be using them in the future!

I would not recommend this law firm to anyone. They are exceptionally greedy and will bill you thousands of dollars and not actually accomplish anything. They only thing they did successfully was file with the state for me to take care of my parents estate. They would offer to help with this and that then I end up doing it myself anyways. Every email they respond to is $200 or more. I literally have no clue what I paid for. Also bills are sent via email so you have no receipt for what they actually billed you for because once paid the bill is deleted from the site. Also every single time I have been in contact with them I have a different lawyer representing me. They change lawyers like I change my underwear and do not keep you updated on who's representing you.

My experience as a client of the firm for over 2 years has been excellent. I needed a trial lawyer who could think on his feet during cross-examination of opposing witnesses and Steve C. measured up to the challenge.
