Our Real Estate agent put me in touch with Cheryl's law firm for the legal aspect of the sale of our NY Condo. Cheryl reached out almost immediately to introduce herself and to determine our needs. I was very impressed with her questions, interest and quick contact. I was advised that I would be working with Nicole on this NY sale. She has been absolutely phenomenal to work with especially with me being in Virginia and closing the condo in NY. Nicole knew exactly what to do, how to do it, and did everything correctly - the first time, especially with handling a couple of unique issues we presented. She was able to answer all my question in a way I could understand especially with clarifications to specific paperwork items. I was equially impressed with how fast she either returned an email or a phone call, and never left me hanging waiting for answers. Could not be more pleased with our experience with Cheryl Stein and Nicole. They represented my elderly uncle on the private sale of his home. Everything went so seamlessly. They were always available for questions and were kind, prompt and courteous. They even got all of the closing documentation done earlier than our target closing date so we were able to close 2 weeks early!
