From the very beginning of my case I was treated with kindness and respect by my lawyers. My case was given to Elizabeth Montesano that took her time explaining everything to me as we went along. It didn't take me long to see how smart she is and how glad I was having her on my side. She is one smart cookie. Elizabeth delivered on everything she said she would and more. This firm was very highly recommended to me back in 2015 by my brother-in-law, who happened to be a lawyer, and is now currently a judge. I had no doubt that this was going to be the right team of lawyers to handle my medical malpractice case. I initially met with Chris McGrath, then Mary Anne Walling , then my case was assigned to Gonzalo G. Suarez, Esq. The physical result of the malpractice that happened to me made me feel somewhat uncomfortable at times to discuss it, particularly with males. However, I always felt that Mr. Suarez was quite aware, and understanding of how this could be a bit sensitive or a little difficult for me to discuss. Besides showing sensitivity, Mr. Suarez and the team always conducted themselves in the utmost professional manner. Additionally, Mr. Suarez always did a good job explaining steps in the process throughout the case, most specifically the deposition, and ultimately the mediation. I felt extremely fortunate to have had a resolution of my case as a result of the mediation. I was quite pleased that this case did not go to trial, and felt very grateful to Mr. Suarez, and to Mr. David Dean, who was also present at the mediation. In addition, the case settled for our desired dollar amount. In conclusion, it was a pleasure to work with this firm, and specifically with Mr. Suarez, and I highly recommend them to anyone searching for a medical malpractice team.
