If I could give zero stars I would. Reading all these wonderful reviews makes me really question my experience with this law group overall. I did not have a great experience with them at all. I was mislead...given a lawyer who I felt did not listen to my needs at all during a time that I was really needing to be heard and protected. I did everything they asked a left a hefty retainer the day I had them become my lawyer. My retainer was basically eaten down every court date just for my concerns needs and wants at the time to be thrown out the window. I couldn't attend the court dates at the time bc of the covid restrictions so I was left more so to rely on my lawyer to really fight for me. Instead he went behind my bk called me after the court date to then tell me the deal we would be taking next court date. A deal I stated I would not be happy with from the beginning and he acted as if this was the best he could do. After all the money I had paid already and the stressing to him I needed what I needed. I had to fire him and retain another lawyer. Which in fact got me what i wanted and needed for a fraction of the price...less court dates...and no stress. To add insult to injury a small portion of my retainer was still in play at this law firm in which I was entitled to receive back after firing them and it took emails...phone calls..and months to even get them to cut that check. I am amazed at all the wonderful reviews it really makes me wonder why I was treated so poorly.

Anyone needing a lawyer for family court will understand how stressful it can be and many times it's a foreign process. I'm glad I chose this group, Michelle Fenton has been amazing. She answer text and phone calls almost immediately and even when she was on vacation she took time out her day to walk me through it. I have been with Hedayati Law group for many years now. They handled my divorce settlement and I couldn't have been happier with the outcome. My ex took me back to court under false pretenses in an attempt to change our settlement and Michele was amazing. She was hardworking and on top of everything every step of the way.
