I have had occasion for a Lawyer of Gary's expertise a couple of times! Each time I have regretted the experience because some practices want to be specialists of everything, but ultimately are masters of none! Gary Rosenberg is by far the best Lawyer I have used, knowledgeable, honest and doesn't make promises that he cannot keep or send you to see unnecessary people. Keep his number in your wallet at all times!

Gary is the best New York has to offer. I've known him a long time, and have come to him for various legal advices over the years. I was in an accident last year, and called him right away. He answered all my questions and is fighting hard to get me what I deserve. He looks out for his clients best interest. Always has....

I picked Gary Rosenberg because he looked like someone tough, and that's what I wanted in court. But Gary is also very sweet and understanding when talking to me. He is clearly very intelligent too, and his staff is very good as well. Gary is my first choice for legal assistance.

We have had the pleasure of working with Gary for a number of years. He is a very conscientious attorney who takes the time to carefully prepare his client's cases. He pursues and provides the appropriate, but critical, demonstrative evidence which favorably influences the outcome of his client's case.

Would not recommend. A year after hiring Gary he sends me a letter saying that he was dropping my case. I spoke to his assistant a week before and he was requesting the same info that I gave them several times and they were ready to talk to the insurance company and move ahead. Gary said there was no money in the case. A true ambulance chaser. A complete waste of my time.
