I Found Rubinstein and Law on Instagram and I got SCAMMED I slip and fell December 16th 2024.I had a lady Lawyer was coming to see me never showed up! no calls !Then Frank a lawyer called a month later in a Zoom call couldn't see his face .1 hour wouldn't let me talk.he said let me ask you questions then you can talk as long as you want.he let me talk 10 minutes. He never asked about my pain and suffering. I had a serious torn Roter cuff. waited a month's then Cindy; a phone worker called nice.then never called back.I was so unhappy with this service I told a supiviser a couple of weeks ago and I get a text from Cindy says you're fired.no reason said they don't have to give me one.this is a Big SCAM!! wasted over 8 month's. all these months and said they are paperless. I am reporting them to the Bar Associated and Attorney General in NYS.I don't even know if they have a real office everything is on line.never will tell you to go to there office. I am sure look in the telephone book for a real Lawyer!.go google and type in their name Rubinstein' law in NYC reviews.and watch what pops up and scrolling down shame on them.then do Orlando Florida and Brooklyn.the same way. all terrible reviews this is the only one that has good reviews. Maybe there friends. This was a nightmare.I don't wish what I went through to my worst enemy. Now i am adding this.Nov.28.2024.I talked to 3 different lawyers and none of them would take the case.they said if it was 3 months or less.so I lost a lot of Money.don't go on Instagram and Facebook thats were I got them.There are a lot of scammers I got scammed 1 time before. Not by a lawyer.Ask them why are they paperless and if you can go to there office. I think you will be very surprised. I would give them no star's if I could!!
